This primer provides a high quality base coat for latex or oil based paints. Primes and seals new drywall, wallboard and previously painted walls, cured plaster and patching compound. Assures tight bonding and increased coverage of the finish coat. Dries quickly so finish coat may be applied on the same day. Cleans up easily with soap and water.

HOW TO USE

Usage

This paint is ideal for use over properly prepared wallboard, drywall and plaster. Also suitable for use on plywood, wood trim, brick, masonry and cement. Do not use on bare metal, glazed or glossy surfaces.
Prep

Surface should be clean, dry and dull. Glossy surfaces should be dulled. Thoroughly clean the surface and remove all dirt, dust, chalk, rust, grease, wax, mildew and peeling paint and allow to dry. See technical data page for additional surface prep.
Application

Stir thoroughly before and during use. Apply with a premium-quality polyester brush, 鈥渙ne coat鈥� roller or airless sprayer. If applying by sprayer, back-roll or back-brush to work primer into the surface. Apply a liberal coat of primer uniformly, working well into the surface. Allow to dry at least 2 hours before applying a latex topcoat, overnight for oil topcoats.
Dry Time

Dry Time @ 77 掳F and 50 % Relative Humidity
To The Touch: 1 hour - 1 hour
Recoat: 2 hour - 4 hour
Clean-up & Disposal

Clean up with warm, soapy water.
